Description
A large chef’s knife with a singular and exotic silhouette! The handle was designed from a gazelle horn found near the temple of Karni Mata (Temple of Rats), in Deshnok, in the Thar Desert in India. Very thin blade considering its width. Damascus steel knob (see picture below). Offers a large clearance for the fingers and a different working position.
