We ship with Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel™ service. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your order progress. Note that all parcels are covered by our insurance. If you prefer to use your usual courier, you must supply us with your account number and courier contact information. We take great care to package your order in a way that protects it during shipping. If, however, parcel contents are damaged in transport, please contact us as soon as possible (within 3 days of delivery) to be eligible for our return/exchange services. Shipping within Canada Shipping in Canada is available for a flat fee of $35,00.  Note that you can pick up your order directly at the workshop, if so the delivery costs will be refunded. Shipping outside of Canada Shipping outside of Canada is available for a flat fee of $60.00. Please note that customs fees may apply, depending on your shipping address.

There are no refunds on online purchases. However, Couteaux Deva may choose to offer you exchange or credit for items returned in “as new” condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note that custom pieces cannot be returned. Before all returns, you must contact us at info@staging.couteauxdeva.com or at 418-522-7130 to obtain a confirmation code. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. All shipping costs will be borne by the customer. All return request must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.
