Stéphane Modat, renowned chef of the restaurants of Château Frontenac our knife maker Dave Fortin offer you a work of exception: “Patrimoine” Series—by Couteaux Deva and Stéphane Modat.
Versatile Santoku with a blade made of high-carbon steel, nickel and old iron. The ricasso of the blade is left in forge finish. The handle made of polymerized curly maple wood from the Province of Quebec, is fixed by a Deva’s composite pin. Each knife, entirely made by Dave Fortin is unique and signed by Couteaux Deva (DEVA) and Stéphane Modat (Stef). The nickel laminated steel, a classic of Couteaux Deva.
